How fast can you get here for AC repair?

My AC runs but blows warm air. What is wrong?
Common causes include a failed capacitor, a dirty or iced coil, a refrigerant problem, or an outdoor unit that has lost power. Check that the breaker has not tripped and that the filter is not clogged. Anything past that needs a technician with gauges.
Water is dripping near my air handler. Is that serious?
Usually it is a blocked condensate drain, and it can damage drywall and flooring fast. Switch the system off at the thermostat to stop more water forming and call us. We clear the line, flush the pan and check the float switch works.
Do you repair heating as well as cooling?
Yes. We handle heating repair and heater repair on heat pumps and electric strip heat, plus furnace repair in homes that have one. If you ever smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, leave the building first, call 911 or the gas utility, then call us.
Should I repair my system or replace it?
